The deal, in plain English

SafeZone AI Learn is a learning platform run by SafeZoneAI, United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to trap you.

What you get

Free gives you the orientation and five full tracks, every interactive figure and self-check, the first exercise of each lesson, a monthly allowance of Professor messages, and the playground that runs on your own machine. Premium adds the Deep Learning, LLM Engineering and DevOps & Cloud tracks, every worked solution, progress sync across devices, and a much larger Professor allowance. What's included is described on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your sign-in. You must be 16 or older. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Payment, VAT and the launch price

Premium is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in pounds sterling, with VAT added at checkout according to your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The launch price shown when you subscribe stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption; if you cancel and later return, the price then current applies.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from Manage subscription on the pricing page; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again. If Premium isn't what you hoped, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions. Renewals are not refundable, so please cancel before the renewal date if you don't want another period.

The Professor

The Professor is an AI tutor. It is grounded in the lesson you're reading and in your own progress, and it remembers your conversations — but it can still be wrong, and it is not a substitute for checking a derivation yourself. Allowances (messages per month) are shown in the Professor panel; when an allowance is used up it resets on the first of the next month. We may adjust allowances to keep the service sustainable, and we'll say so on the pricing page.

Fair use

Please don't share accounts, scrape or bulk-download lessons, republish the content, or try to extract worked solutions you haven't subscribed for. Don't use the Professor to attack the service or other people. We may suspend accounts that do these things; if that ever happens we'll tell you why.

Content and code

The lessons, figures, exercises, solutions and videos are © SafeZoneAI and are licensed to you for personal learning. The playground's source code is published on GitHub under its own open-source licence; that licence, not these terms, governs the code. Anything you build in the playground is yours.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service up and the content correct, but we can't promise either is perfect. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. For changes that affect what you pay or what you get, we'll email you before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
