The 62 lessons in the orientation, maths foundations, toolkit, machine learning, forecasting and reinforcement learning tracks — every interactive widget and self-check in them, the first exercise of each lesson, 25 Professor messages a month, and the playground that runs on your own machine. Free is a complete course, not a teaser. No card, no expiry.

All of Premium, with nothing held back: the Deep Learning, LLM Engineering and DevOps & Cloud tracks, all 467 worked solutions, progress sync, and the full 300-message Professor allowance. Stripe saves your card at checkout and charges nothing until day 8. Stripe emails you before the trial ends; if you cancel before then, you never pay.

Cancel from Manage subscription on this page — one click into Stripe's portal, no emails, no retention forms. Cancelling during the trial means you're never charged. After the trial, access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. And if Premium isn't what you hoped, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewals aren't refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you don't want another period. Details in the terms.

The £5 and £39 prices exclude VAT. Stripe adds the rate for your country at checkout — 20% in the UK, so £6 a month or £46.80 a year — and shows the exact total before you confirm. Elsewhere it applies whatever local VAT or sales tax is due, which is often nothing. Every invoice is available in the Stripe portal.

The Professor is an AI tutor built into every lesson. It reads the page you're on, knows which lessons you've visited and how your self-checks went, and remembers your earlier conversations, so it explains things the way you need them explained. Free includes 25 messages a month; Premium includes 300. Allowances reset on the 1st. It's a good tutor and a poor oracle: it can be wrong, so check derivations yourself.

On Premium, yes: lessons visited and self-check results follow your account to any device you sign in on. On Free, progress is stored in your browser only, so it stays on the machine you used.

No certificates — the curriculum is written for people who already hold a degree; what you build in the labs is your evidence. The playground is real code you run and extend on your own machine, and that's what a hiring manager or a colleague can actually inspect.
